These cover using this website. They do not cover hiring me — that runs on a separate written agreement we both sign before any work starts.
Nothing here is a contract
Everything on this site is information. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, or a promise of price, scope or availability. Sending the form does not hire me and does not oblige either of us to anything.
If we work together, we will sign a separate written agreement first. That document governs the work — scope, price, timing, revisions, ownership of the files, and what happens if either of us walks away. If anything on this website ever conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.
No payments happen here
This website takes no money. There is no checkout, no card form and no invoice. If a page ever asks you to pay something on this domain, it is not mine.
The quote form
Send what you are comfortable sending. It arrives as ordinary email, which is not a secure channel — do not put passwords, card numbers or anything confidential in it. I read it, and I answer most of them, but I am not promising a reply or a timeframe.
Do not use the form for spam, bulk sending, or anything illegal. I block what abuses it.
What is on the site
The writing, the code, the photographs and the screenshots here are mine. Read them, quote them, link to them, learn from them. Do not republish a page wholesale as your own.
Company names and logos belong to those companies. They appear because I use those tools, and that is all it means — no endorsement or partnership is implied in either direction.
Numbers and results
The speed numbers on the build pages are real, measured against the live site with the tool named beside them, on the date shown. They describe what happened on that project. They are not a prediction about yours, and nothing here is a guarantee of a result.
Links out, and affiliate links
This site links to places I do not control. I am not responsible for what is on them. Some links may be affiliate links — see the affiliate disclosure.
Liability
The site is provided as is. I do not promise it will be available, error-free, or right for any particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for loss arising from using it or relying on it. Some places do not allow that limit, in which case it applies as far as it legally can.
Governing law
Idaho law, and the state and federal courts of Idaho, govern these terms and any dispute about this website.
Changes
If these change, the date at the top changes. Using the site after that means you accept the current version.
